We’re passionate about making a positive difference in the world. All our surplus funds go to local and global charities supporting people in need. When you arrange a funeral with us, we also make an extra donation to one of these groups in honour of your loved one.
How we help
We facilitate the transport of your loved one’s body, including liaising with their country of origin/return and handling all the administrative paperwork. If the funeral is to take place in Brisbane, we can help you organise these arrangements too.
Here are the things repatriation services can cover:
- Liaising with overseas embassies or other Australian state authorities.
- Making travel arrangements, either with an airline or road transport company (if within Australia).
- Embalming of the deceased.
- Preparing the coffin for travel.
- Liaising with funeral directors in the state or country that your loved one will be returned to.
- Handling all administration, including organising for the required medical and/or coronial documentation.
