I was updated as each stage progressed, and nothing was too much trouble when I wasn't thinking straight and needed to make little changes. As a result of their tireless efforts the outcome on the day was beautiful, and the entire funeral and burial and even all the follow up necessities were absolutely perfect and seamless. All we had to do was be there and get through it all.
