Our Funeral Locations

Our beautiful on-site chapel can be used to host your loved one’s funeral service. The chapel has capacity for 50 guests and options for multimedia presentations. We can also provide live streaming if required. Our chapel at Compassionate Funerals has a ‘homely’ feel about it and is perfect for small and intimate funeral services.

Want to host the service elsewhere? We can coordinate a funeral at a location of your choice – whether a church, chapel, sporting club, community hall, or outdoor venue.

We have had the best experience with Compassionate Funerals QLD. I am very thankful that we chose them & they didn't disappoint. Truly are very compassionate, kind, caring & loving. And when they say they are Compassionate & are not for profit, they mean it & they show these through their acts of service & in everything they say & do. A phenomenal team with Big loving hearts. Thank you to Emily, Kim, Jessica & Claudia (Order of communication). From the time we started communicating with Emily & Kim over the phone & in person about a year ago when we were told to start putting things in place for our mum who had dementia until the final days leading up to our mum's final moment before she was taken to the Albany Creek Crematorium, you have all been absolutely amazing. As a family, we were so very grateful that Kim was able to allow us to have a viewing for us to spend those priceless last moments with our mum in their chapel & had the chance to decorate her coffin "A beautiful beautiful send off for our mum before taken to the Crematorium" (as cremation is very new to us) & for us to follow the hearse straight after. Thank you for being efficient as well. We received our mum's important items earlier than expected & Emily had done an amazing job with all the required documents & our mum's urn (ashes). Thank you to all your amazing service Kim, Emily, Jessica & Claudia. I can go on & on but I will end up writing a novel. That is how amazing Compassionate Funerals QLD is & was to us. God bless🙌 On behalf of our mum🫶, her children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Dealing with the death of a loved one is so difficult but I cannot thank Kim enough for helping my family get through this extremely difficult time. Dad's funeral was the best send off we could have asked for and Compassionate Funerals made our experience so much easier. Everything ran so smoothly and at a time when we are all feeling so lost, we were so grateful that Kim and her team were there to take over and guide us through the process. I hope not to see you again any time soon (meant of course in the nicest possible way) but will highly recommend your services. Thank you again x I'd also like to mention your recommendation of David Taylor as the celebrant. You couldn't have been more spot on about how perfect he would be for dad's service. We felt like he had known the family for years. What a special man he his and he conducted a perfect service!

The service we received from our first meeting with Kim to the day our beautiful and precious mum was taken to the crematorium was seamless given the circumstances. She made us all feel at ease. Explained things clearly. Very welcoming and warm during a very sad time. Was always professional and respectful of our family wishes. Thank you Kim and your team from the bottom of my heart and thank you for giving us the special moment with our mum yesterday especially during this very sad time. Tasi

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful team at Compassionate Funerals Queensland. My late wife's service was conducted with great honour, compassion and professionalism. From first contact with Kim with her invaluable guidance and advice, right through to post service help and support, the team has been genuinely caring and available. I know in my heart that my dear Emma would have been proud with her beautiful send-off. I will again engage Compassionate Funerals when my time is near.
